Fit For Life – 80m Invest in your health by working one-on-one with a Personal Trainer to develop enhance balance, stability and strength with a specialized fitness regimen. Including initial consultation health goals and assessment.

Personal Training – 30m/50m Add variety and intensity to the traditional fitness routine with a personal training session. Our Certified Personal Trainers will give custom-designed workouts for you or for a group of two.

Private Yoga – 30m/50m Yoga is physical, mental and spiritual discipline that emphasizes the importance of core strengthen, flexibility, proper body alignment, and focused breathing. Learn how to create a steady breath and improve posture through sequences of precise verbal cues, subtle physical adjustments and modifications.

Private Pilates – 30m/50m Pilates is a form of exercise, which emphasizes the balance development of the body through core stretching, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Give your metabolism the boost it needs, sculpt your body and refine muscle tone.

Focuses on more passive yoga postures which encourage flexibility.

Yoga Sculpt *++
Not your traditional Yoga Class! This class is set to energizing music and designed to tone, sculpt and shape the whole body while incorporating yoga poses and hand weights.
Pilates *++
Strengthen your core with controlled movements performed on a mat. Increases body awareness, improves flexibility and spinal alignment.
Sup Yoga Paddleboard *
Yoga using a long, wide, stable board that floats while performing simple fun yoga poses. Suitable for all levels.

This station workout includes aerobic activities with core training and balance exercises.
Guided Meditation & Yoga *
Combines focused breathing practices soothing voice, essential oils, music with movement and ‘still’ methods of meditation.
Cardio Fusion *++
Combines all your favorites giving you a total body workout. Fun challenging drills, a mix of Hi/Lo, and cardio dance condition one’s heart while intervals of muscle sculpting, and core work define and shape your muscles.
B3 Total Body Training*++
It’s all about the Bar, Band, and Ball! Whether it’s cardio movement, strength training, core work, or enhancing your balance ability, every move will utilize the B3. Class is for all levels with modifications given.
Aqua Waves *+
A total body workout in the pool with minimal impact on joints. Buoyancy equipment supplied.
Aqua’lates *+
Pilates principals and exercises are adapted for the water enhancing balance, stabilization, core strength and flexibility.

This energizing workout incorporates the most popular and effective fitness “toys” in a positive team building environment. Work to navigate obstacles and complete challenges that test your strength and fortitude.

Zumba Gold *
Takes the Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible to everyone of all levels. Class builds cardiovascular health while working the muscles of the hips, legs, and arms with dance moves. A medley of dance styles, including merengue, cha-cha, cumbia, belly dance, rumba, tango, and salsa. Zumba Gold breaks these dances down so all leave class feeling refreshed and exhilarated.
