The Beach Club

Site Fee includes exclusive use of the Gasparilla Inn Beach Club after 6:30 p.m. This includes the Main Pool Deck and Loggia, Gulf Room, North Pool Deck and Loggia and Gulf View Room. Site rental also includes setup and use of appropriate tables for food service, dining and seating for up to 200 guests. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins, appropriate china, silver and glassware (acrylic stemware when poolside), and white tea light candles in glass holders. Lighting includes, Tiki torches along the seawall (excluding turtle season) and permanently installed lighting in the pool, loggia areas and inside the Gulf Room and Gulf View Room. Items not included are specially installed paper lanterns or other specialty lighting or PA equipment. Beach Club music must conclude by 11:00 p.m. There is a minimum room revenue guarantee equivalent to (40) Guest Rooms for two nights each required to reserve this venue.

Croquet Lawns with Clubhouse

Site Fee includes exclusive use of the Pelican Club Lawn, Main Croquet Lawn and Croquet Clubhouse. Guests enter through the Pelican Club and/or 7th Street. The Croquet Clubhouse provides restrooms and a small indoor space with existing furnishings. Site rental includes setup and use of appropriate tables for food service, dining and seating for up to 300+ guests. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins, appropriate china, silver and glassware with white tea light candles in glass holders. Tiki torches are the only lighting included. Items not included are the tent (required) and tent lighting (required), staging, dance floor or PA equipment. Tents are an additional fee and must be rented through an approved tent vendor. All tents require side walls and an on-site tent technician. Tent rental must include a Catering Tent. Croquet Lawn music must conclude by 11:00 p.m. There is a minimum room revenue guarantee equivalent to (45) Guest Rooms for two nights each required to reserve this venue.

Golf Gazebo

Site Fee includes exclusive use of the historic Golf Gazebo after 6:00 pm. Restroom facilities are located in the clubhouse Golf Shop. Items included are the Golf Shop attendant fee, setup and use of appropriate tables for food service, dining and seating for up to 80 guests underneath the covered Gazebo. In order to accommodate additional guests, a tent must be rented and placed on the Golf Gazebo Lawn. The tent requires side walls and an on-site tent technician. Use of the Golf Gazebo Lawn also requires a Catering tent. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins with appropriate china, silver and glassware and white tea light candles in glass holders are also provided. Lighting is comprised of mini lights in gazebo and pillars. Golf Gazebo music must conclude by 11:00 p.m. Buffet Dinners are required at this venue. There is a minimum room revenue guarantee equivalent to (30) Guest Rooms for two nights each required to reserve this venue. The Banyan Room must be reserved as a weather backup unless there is a tent being provided on the Golf Gazebo Lawn. The site fee will be required in order to reserve the Banyan Room as a weather backup option.

Banyan Room

Site Fee includes exclusive use of the Banyan Room. Setup and use of existing tables and chairs for food service, dining and seating for up to 80 guests is also included. Existing furnishings include bamboo styled dining chairs with arms and wicker wingback chairs. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins with Main Dining Room china, silver, glass and white tea light candles in glass holders are also provided. Amplified music is not permitted at this venue. Minimum room revenue guarantee may be applied.

Pelican Club

Site Fee includes exclusive use of the Pelican Club with custom bar and adjoining outdoor patios with guest entrance through The Inn. Existing furnishings include sofas and chairs and should be used along with the appropriate banquet tables for food service, dining and seating for up to 40 guests. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins, Main Dining Room china, silver, glass and white tea light candles in glass holders are also provided. Amplified music is not permitted at this venue. Minimum room revenue guarantee may be applied.

BZ’s Lounge & Terrace

Site Fee includes exclusive use of the Lounge and Terrace in its existing setup, with the addition of appropriate banquet tables for food service. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins, china, silver and glassware. Amplified music is not permitted at this venue. BZ’s Lounge & Terrace is only available to reserve in the morning.

Sharp Room

Site Fee includes exclusive use of the Sharp Room and adjoining private patio. Existing furnishing includes rattan and wicker seating for up to 20 guests with matching square glass-top tables OR setup and use of appropriate banquet tables for meetings with appropriate food service for up to 20 guests. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins, Main Dining Room china, silver, glass and white tea light candles in glass holders are also provided. The Sharp Room is ideal for meeting breakfasts, lunches and cocktail receptions. Amplified music is not permitted at this venue.

Garden Room

Site Fee includes exclusive use of the Garden Room with setup and use of appropriate banquet tables for food service, dining and seating for up to 24 guests. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins, Main Dining Room china, silver, glass and white tea light candles in glass holders are also provided. Amplified music is not permitted at this venue.
Palm Room Site Fee $500.00 F&B Minimum $500.00
Site Fee includes exclusive use of the Palm Room with setup and use of appropriate banquet tables for food service, dining and seating for up to 10 guests. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins, Main Dining Room china, silver, glass and white tea light candles in glass holders are also provided. Amplified music is not permitted at this venue.
