Each venue at The Gasparilla Inn offers a distinct backdrop, whether overlooking the Gulf, framed by palms, or set within our historic interiors. Our collection spans expansive outdoor settings for 300+ guests as well as intimate rooms designed for private dinners, meetings, and smaller celebrations.

Event Venues

Croquet Lawns with Clubhouse

Set beneath swaying palms and surrounded by the classic architecture of The Inn, the Croquet Lawns offer one of the island’s most iconic outdoor settings. Expansive and open, the lawns provide a graceful canvas for grand celebrations beneath the Florida sky.

Designed to accommodate larger gatherings, this setting pairs garden elegance with the timeless charm that defines The Gasparilla Inn.

Your site rental includes the setup and use of appropriate tables for dining and food service for 300+ guests, along with the following in-house amenities:

  • White linen tablecloths and napkins
  • China, silver, and glassware
  • White tea light candles in glass holders
  • Tiki torches (the only lighting included)

A tent is required for all Croquet Lawn events and must be secured through an approved tent vendor. All tents must include:

  • Side walls
  • An on-site tent technician
  • A catering tent
  • Tent lighting (required)

Staging, dance floor, and PA equipment are not included and may be arranged separately.

Music on the Croquet Lawn must conclude by 11:00 p.m.

To reserve this venue, a minimum room revenue guarantee equivalent to 45 guest rooms for two nights each is required.

The Beach Club

As the sun lowers over the Gulf, The Gasparilla Inn Beach Club transforms into a striking waterfront setting for evening celebrations. Poolside terraces, coastal views, and open-air gathering spaces create a natural backdrop for cocktail hours, dinners, and dancing by the sea.

Well suited for mid-to-large scale events, the Beach Club offers a refined yet relaxed setting that feels distinctly Boca Grande.

  • Main Pool Deck and Loggia

  • Gulf Room

  • North Pool Deck and Loggia

  • Gulf View Room

Capacity & setup

  • Seating for up to 175 guests

  • Setup and use of appropriate tables for food service and dining

In-house amenities

  • White linen tablecloths and napkins

  • China, silver, and glassware (acrylic stemware when poolside)

  • White tea light candles in glass holders

Lighting

  • Tiki torches along the seawall (excluding turtle season)

  • Permanently installed lighting in pool and loggia areas

  • Installed lighting inside the Gulf Room and Gulf View Room

Not included

  • Specialty lighting, including paper lanterns

  • PA equipment

Music must conclude by 11:00 p.m.

Room revenue requirement
A minimum room revenue guarantee equivalent to 40 guest rooms for two nights each is required to reserve this venue.

Golf Gazebo

An intimate setting overlooking the fairways, the historic Golf Gazebo offers a charming backdrop for evening celebrations beneath softly lit rafters and open skies.

Ideal for smaller gatherings, this classic island venue invites guests to dine and linger in a setting that feels both relaxed and distinctly timeless.

Venue access

  • Exclusive use of the historic Golf Gazebo after 6:00 p.m.
  • Restroom facilities located in the Clubhouse Golf Shop
  • Golf Shop attendant fee included

Capacity & tenting

  • Seating for up to 80 guests beneath the covered Gazebo
  • To accommodate additional guests, a tent must be rented and installed on the Golf Gazebo Lawn
  • All tents must include side walls and an on-site tent technician
  • Use of the Golf Gazebo Lawn also requires a catering tent

Your site rental includes the setup and use of appropriate tables for dining and food service, along with the following in-house amenities:

  • China, silver, and glassware
  • White tea light candles in glass holders
  • Mini lights in the Gazebo and pillars

Dining requirement

  • Buffet dinners are required at this venue

Weather plan

  • The Banyan Room must be reserved as a weather backup unless a tent is installed on the Golf Gazebo Lawn
  • The site fee is required to reserve the Banyan Room as a backup option

  • Music must conclude by 11:00 p.m.

  • A minimum room revenue guarantee equivalent to 30 guest rooms for two nights each is required to reserve this venue.

Banyan Room

Tucked within the historic Inn, the Banyan Room offers a warm and intimate setting for dinners, celebrations, and private gatherings. With bamboo-inspired seating and classic island character, the space feels relaxed yet refined.

Ideal for mid-sized gatherings, the Banyan Room provides a charming indoor backdrop that reflects the timeless spirit of The Gasparilla Inn.

Intimate in scale, BZ’s provides a comfortable environment within the heart of The Inn.
