2018 Golf and Yoga Wellness Retreat

Join us this January to take advantage of a special new getaway here at The Gasparilla Inn! We’re pleased to welcome guest instructor Sage Johnson, PGA, founder of GolfYoga Fitness and a Titleist Performance Institute Certified golf instructor. Sage will lead guests through an unforgettable weekend filled with golf, yoga, plenty of rest and relaxation, and exquisite cuisine!
The Golf and Yoga Wellness Retreat begins on Friday evening with a private TPI Assessment, allowing Sage to assess the specific needs of each guest for the weekend. Following this assessment, guests will enjoy cocktails, delectable hors d’oeuvres and a beautiful sunset over Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico.
Saturday activities will feature a Golf Yoga class led by Sage to help improve performance on the golf course, personalized golf instruction and a spa experience. There will be plenty of down time for guests to brush up on new skills! The weekend will conclude with an intimate wine and cheese reception on Saturday evening, followed by Sunday morning sunrise yoga and brunch.
