The aforementioned packages are based upon availability and are not for groups or individuals that have already booked at The Inn. All Sunday to Thursday, special packages are not available during holiday periods. Blackout dates may apply. No discounts or refunds apply for unused package features. All room rates and packages are subject to a 6.5% Florida Sales Tax, a 5% County Room Tax and a 15% daily service charge added to your bill to cover the basic gratuities for our staff.

Cancellation Policies
The unique geographical remoteness of our island makes last-minute bookings challenging. Limited accessibility and travel logistics in reaching our destination further emphasize the need for these measures.
Cancellation fees are non-refundable and no credits will be issued for future stays.
Cancellation Policy for the Historic Inn and Cottage Accommodations
- Reservations modified or cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival incur no penalty and are eligible for a full refund.
- Reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit on file.
- Reservations reduced in total room nights within 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit equivalent to the cancelled nights.
Cancellation Policy for Single Family Homes (Villas, Sharp Houses & Beach Cottages)
- Reservations modified or cancelled up to 90 days prior to arrival incur no penalty and are eligible for a full refund.
- Reduction of nights or cancellations between 89-45 days prior to arrival incur a $1000 nonrefundable fee.
- Reservations cancelled within 45 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit on file.
- Reservations reduced in total room nights within 45 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit equivalent to the cancelled nights.
