As Director of Catering and Conference Services, Sharon Haas Cross works to create memorable weddings and celebrations as well as corporate meetings and events.
In addition to bringing a decade of hospitality experience to her role, Sharon also has first-hand knowledge – she said “I do” to her husband Brent at The Gasparilla Inn! A graduate of Flagler College, Sharon served as the first Sales Manager in our resort’s history before moving into a catering role. She has also expanded her expertise as the former VIP Event and Hospitality Manager at Keeneland Race Course in Lexington, KY. Sharon enjoys spending time with her family, which includes young son William and Goldendoodle Higgins.
With the resort’s storybook history and well-preserved beauty as the perfect backdrop, Sharon and Catering Managers Katie Zeim and Kat Yahnke, are delighted to customize and plan corporate retreats and each bride’s dream wedding.
