Policies

The Gasparilla Inn is a smoke-free environment.

All Cottages, Villas, Sharp Homes and Beach Cottages are pet friendly, additional fee to apply. There is a limit of two pets per room.

Above rates are per room, per night, with no meals included. See below for optional guest dining plans. Additional charge will apply for third or fourth occupants.

All rates are subject to a 15% daily service charge, a 6.5% sales tax, and a 5% county occupancy tax.

No refunds will be issued for any unused package features

Please note: In order to maintain our standard of service, guests on the Modified American Plan and the Full American Plan are also required to make a reservation for their preferred dining time. Without a reservation there is no guarantee that your party will be seated together.

Cancellation Policies

The unique geographical remoteness of our island makes last-minute bookings challenging. Limited accessibility and travel logistics in reaching our destination further emphasize the need for these measures.

Cancellation fees are non-refundable and no credits will be issued for future stays.

Cancellation Policy for the Historic Inn and Cottage Accommodations

• Reservations modified or cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival incur no penalty and are eligible for a full refund.
• Reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit on file.
• Reservations reduced in total room nights within 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit equivalent to the cancelled nights.

Cancellation Policy for Single Family Homes (Villas, Sharp Houses & Beach Cottages)

• Reservations modified or cancelled up to 90 days prior to arrival incur no penalty and are eligible for a full refund.
• Reduction of nights or cancellations between 89-45 days prior to arrival incur a $1000 nonrefundable fee.
• Reservations cancelled within 45 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit on file.
• Reservations reduced in total room nights within 45 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit equivalent to the cancelled nights.
