Receptions
The Beach Club Main Pool Deck
Site Fee includes exclusive use of the Gasparilla Inn Beach Club Pool Deck after 6:30 p.m. This includes the Pool Deck & Loggia. Site rental also includes setup and use of appropriate tables for food service, dining and seating for up to 300 guests. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins, appropriate china, silver and glass (acrylic stemware when poolside), and white tea light candles in glass holders. Lighting includes, Tiki torches by the seawall (excluding turtle season) and permanently installed lighting in the Pavilion and Gulf Room. Items not included are specially installed paper lanterns or other specialty lighting or PA equipment. Beach Club music must conclude by 11:00 p.m. A room block with a minimum number of 30 guest rooms for two nights each is required to use this venue.
Beach Club Moon Pool
Site Fee includes exclusive use of the Gasparilla Inn Beach Club Moon Pool Patio after 6:30 p.m. Site rental also includes setup and use of appropriate tables for food service, dining and seating for up to 70 guests. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins, appropriate china, silver and glass (acrylic stemware when poolside), and white tea light candles in glass holders. Lighting includes, Tiki torches by the seawall (excluding turtle season) and permanently installed lighting in the Pavilion and Gulf Room. Items not included are specially installed paper lanterns or other specialty lighting or PA equipment. Beach Club music must conclude by 11:00 p.m. A room block with a minimum number of 25 guest rooms for two nights each is required to use this venue.
Croquet Lawns with Clubhouse
Site Fee includes exclusive use of Croquet lawns 1, 2 and 3 for a tented event with a single tent (additional setup fees may be charged when more than one tent is required). Guests enter through the Pelican Club and/or 7th Street. The Croquet Clubhouse provides restrooms and a small indoor space with existing furnishings. Site rental includes setup and use of appropriate tables for food service, dining and seating for up to 300 guests. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins, appropriate china, silver and glass with white tea light candles in glass holders. Tiki torches are the only lighting included. Items not included are the tent (required) and tent lighting (required), staging, dance floor or PA equipment. Tents are an additional fee and must be rented through an approved tent vendor. Croquet Lawn music must conclude by 11:00 p.m. A room block with a minimum number of 30 guest rooms for two nights each is required to use this venue.
Golf Gazebo
Site Fee includes exclusive use of the historic Golf Gazebo after 6:00 pm. Restroom facilities are located in the clubhouse Golf Shop. Items included are the Golf Shop attendant fee, setup and use of appropriate tables for food service, dining and seating for up to 70 guests. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins with appropriate china, silver and glass and white tea light candles in glass holders are also provided. Lighting is comprised of mini lights in gazebo and pillars. Golf Gazebo music must conclude by 11:00 p.m. Buffet Dinners are required at this venue. A room block with a minimum of 20 guest rooms for two nights each is required to use this venue.
Banyan Room
Site Fee includes exclusive use of the Banyan Room with entrance via the Main Dining Room. Setup and use of existing tables and chairs for food service, dining and seating for up to 90 guests is also included. Existing furnishings include bamboo styled dining chairs with arms, wicker wingback chairs and a combination of round and square tables. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins with Main Dining Room china, silver, glass and white tea light candles in glass holders are also provided. Amplified music is not permitted at this venue.
Pelican Club
Site Fee includes exclusive use of the Pelican Club with custom bar and adjoining outdoor patios with guest entrance through The Inn. Existing furnishings include sofas and chairs and should be used along with the appropriate banquet tables for food service, dining and seating for up to 40 guests. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins, Main Dining Room china, silver, glass and white tea light candles in glass holders are also provided. Amplified music is not permitted at this venue.
Sharp Room
Site Fee includes exclusive use of the Sharp Room and adjoining private patio. Existing furnishing includes rattan and wicker seating for up to 20 guests and matching square glass topped (card) tables OR setup and use of appropriate banquet tables for appropriate food service, dining and seating for up to 25 guests. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins, Main Dining Room china, silver, glass and white tea light candles in glass holders are also provided. The Sharp Room is ideal for meeting breakfasts, lunches and cocktail receptions. Amplified music is not permitted at this venue.
Garden Room
Site Fee includes exclusive use of the Garden Room with setup and use of appropriate banquet tables for food service, dining and seating for up to 30 guests. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins, Main Dining Room china, silver, glass and white tea light candles in glass holders are also provided. Amplified music is not permitted at this venue.
Palm Room
Site Fee includes exclusive use of the Palm Room with setup and use of appropriate banquet tables for food service, dining and seating for up to 10 guests. In-House items provided for your convenience include: white linen tablecloths and napkins, Main Dining Room china, silver, glass and white tea light candles in glass holders are also provided. Amplified music is not permitted at this venue.
Food Service
The Inn’s culinary team has put together a food and beverage repertoire to assist in creating perfect menus for every private group dining need. Please be advised that outside catering is not permitted for any functions held at The Gasparilla Inn & Club.
A gratuity of 20% and 6.5% sales tax will be added to all private food charges at the resort. Please note that a final guarantee of expected guests will be required three days prior to the event.
Beverage Service
Cocktail and Beverage Service must also be provided by The Inn. Cost for this will depend entirely upon items selected and usage. Wine and beer are charged per bottle, and all other cocktails are charged per drink. An inclusive hourly open bar rate is also available. A gratuity of 20% and 6.5% sales tax is added to all beverage charges based upon consumption.
